Birch Communications has the most deceptive business practices of any company I have worked with. I have requested, 2 years in a row, to be moved to a month to month contract with them, only to be auto-renewed for another year. They disable their customer service people from being able to make any changes to the contract at any time. Everyone's answer is, 'there is nothing I can do about this.'

The service is so bad, that no employee will give you their last name, nor will they send an email confirmation of the notes they have taken in your file regarding your account. They work hard at the trap they have set. Their solution for the fact that we are moving is move the phones, cancel the account and then try to open a dispute for the early termination fees of the bill. What kind of customer service is that?

Never, ever sign up with them.
