Birch slammed my mentally challenged elderly brother even had a recording of him saying, yes, yes to everything they said to him. Which made no sense.

My brother also had a medical emergency alert system hooked up to the service he had, but when they slammed his service he lost it because Birch doesn't support this service.

Eleven days without emergency alert service before I found out he had none until he got a bill from from Birch. As of now I still haven't gotten this problem taken care of because AT&T the service he had, has the worse customer service there is.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
