Hundreds and hundreds of calls I can’t block enough of the calls I get in a day!!!!

The phone calls are non stop! I block so many of the calls but they NEVER STOP! Even after hours! How can I get them to stop! Its ruining my days! I cant have my ringer on! People are always saying to me why do you get so many calls!! Please make it stop!!!

I called Lingo every day, and every day they promised technician will come tomorrow, after 4th. day I requested to talk to supervisor, they kept me waiting for ever. Saturday I ask rep. to ask supervisor to call me back, np response. Sunday same thing. I asked again to talk to supervisor, he said supervisors don't work on Sundays. on Monday I said its enough, I connected my service with Charter. give me my account #, so you can release my #. its a business, we cant run business without phone for a week.N / AN

I worked there briefly. As an employee it was not bad but as a sales guy it was a lot of time dealing with customer service. Way too many things out of my control. Great people that try.

I signed up for Birch (now Fusion?) Aug 30 2019 I have used them yrs ago.. Install was to be Fri 9/13 ha jokes on me .. no show, cant reach anyone til Mon. Sure am glad this happened now vs after they had my money WHEW

Tempo wireless stole my smart phone

December 2017 the people at tempo wireless DBA Birch Communications pretended my smart phone was defective. And instructed me to ship it to them. In fact nothing was wrong with my phone rather the service was terminated for no good reason. And then they kept my phone. Never returned it back to me. THEY STOLE MY PHONE ! And they LIED about it.

Phone Line is dead, again

There were telephone trucks running down the road working on something all day a few days ago and since then the line has been dead. There are other customers on the same road having issues with crackling on the line as well and when my line was still working I had the same issues. They are supposed to fix it by 6 pm tomorrow.
